Malachi 3:10 reminds us of God’s promise when we bring our tithes into His house:
"Bring the whole tithe into the storehouse, that there may be food in my house. Test me in this, " says the Lord Almighty, "and see if I will not throw open the floodgates of heaven and pour out so much blessing that there will not be room enough to store it. Through tithing, we step into a posture of faith, trusting that God will provide abundantly in every area of our lives.

They empower us to reach those who may not yet know Christ and to meet the needs of the local community.
